Barco operates two facilities (a total of 175,000 square feet) that leverage logistic cost to our customers. We have the unique capability to supply parts to customers that have multiple locations across the U.S. and Mexico. Our company is debt free, which allows us the flexibility on levels of investments for our customer base.
Barco’s core competencies in our Yuma facility include press capacities up to 400 tons as well as short run/soft tool capabilities. Our West Chicago facility has press capacities up to 600 tons. All new tool programs are produced in our West Chicago facility and if applicable, shipped to our Yuma facility. Also housed in our West Chicago facility are multiple Vertical CNC Machining Centers that are used for machined parts, secondary operations for stamped parts, as well as tooling support.
